Official Rules

THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR AND LIMITED TO ENTRY IN THE TERRITORY CONSISTING OF NASSAU, SUFFOLK, QUEENS, MANHATTAN AND KINGS COUNTIES IN NEW YORK (COLLECTIVELY, THE "ELIGIBILITY AREA") AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO NEW YORK LAW [SEE SECTION 13 BELOW]. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN, AND A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT OF, THE ELIGIBILITY AREA. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Sweepstakes Prize:

Following the March 3, 2013 deadline to enter (see Rule #6 below for how to enter), MET-Rx will select eight winners in a random drawing, to participate in the "Skate with the Greats" challenge. The winners will have the opportunity to take an initial physical with the training staff of of the New York Islanders Hockey Club, L.P. (the “Islanders”), followed by weekly group sessions with the trainers where each participant will receive a customized training program. The training schedule will begin on March 13, 2013 and will last for three weeks after that date. Training dates are as follows:

• Wednesday, March 13, 2013
• Wednesday, March 20, 2013
• Wednesday, March 27, 2013
• Wednesday, April 3, 2013

All workout times will be at 6pm at Islanders Iceworks, the Official Practice Facility of the New York Islanders, located at 175 Underhill Blvd, Syosset, NY 11791. During one of five Islanders home games throughout the three-week training, each of the eight participants will be highlighted on the center-ice scoreboard for an in-game interview, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

• On Saturday, April 6, 2013, following an Islanders home game, all eight winners must agree to take part in a scrimmage consisting of three 10-minute periods of hockey on the Coliseum ice with select Islanders legends (in Sponsor's sole discretion). Legends may include, but are not limited to, Mike Bossy, Butch Goring, and Doug Weight, schedules permitting
• Each winner will receive his or her own customized jersey and uniform socks and will be introduced individually on the PA and upper scoreboard.
• Fans in attendance during the Islanders game will be invited to watch this event following the Islanders home game.

Winners agree that Sponsor may videotape or photograph any portions of the prize and use such footage in any way Sponsor and the Islanders see fit. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is as follows:

• Eight winners each will receive four tickets to the April 6, 2013 game (night of the Skate with the Greats promotion). Price per ticket is $50 (4 tickets per winner) for a total value of $200 per winner.
• Four sessions with the team trainer equals a total value of $400 per winner.
• Equipment includes a hockey jersey at $150 and 4 pairs of socks for each winner at $10 for each pair of socks which equals a $190 value per winner.
• Skating session with Islanders Alumni on the Nassau Coliseum Ice – a $1,000 value per winner.
• Total Approximate Retail Value per Prize is $1,790.00

100 secondary prizes, to be determined by [NBTY or Met-Rx] after the close of the entry period, will be given out to entrants.

2. Eligibility:

MET-Rx Nutrition, Inc.'s Skate with the Greats Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents, residing in the Eligibility Area, which includes and is limited to, Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Manhattan and Kings Counties in New York, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MET-Rx Nutrition, Inc. ("Sponsor"), the Islanders and their respective parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Requirements for Prize/Prize Provisions:

Participation constitutes entrants' representation to Sponsor and the Islanders that they are in good physical health and able to participate in a training program given by the Islanders' training staff four times (as described above) for a three week period. The Islanders shall have no obligation to determine, and shall not be held responsible for determining, a winner's fitness to participate in the prize, regardless of any results of any initial physical assessment that may be made. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to deem a winner unfit to participate. After the four training sessions, winners must be able to partake in a scrimmage game consisting of three ten-minute periods on the ice (as described above). Winners must bring their own ice skates to participate. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to eject any winner from training or game (and revoke the remainder of the prize) if it finds winner to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner while training or at or after a game. No cash equivalent will be awarded for a prize. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Timing:

The entry period begins on February 11, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 3, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

6. How to Enter Online Only:

Visit the Sweepstakes website at www.skatewiththegreats.com and complete the registration form. Complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address within the Eligibility Area, date of birth and valid phone number. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Completion of your entry form automatically enters you into the Sweepstakes. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit: One entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

7. Winner Selection:

Sponsor will randomly select eight potential winners from all eligible entries received online, on or around March 4, 2013. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ENTRY THAT IS SUBMITTED AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

8. Verification of Potential Winners:

Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email, telephone, or registered mail after the date of random drawing. Each winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within five days of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (and any additional releases that may be required by Sponsor or the Islanders) in order to participate in the Sweepstakes event. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (and any additional releases required) within the required time period (or if winner is deemed by the Islanders' training staff to not be in good physical health), he/she forfeits his/her prize and an alternate will be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.

9. Release:

Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Islanders and Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any given prize.

10. Publicity:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to the Islanders', Sponsor's and their agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, any interview, video or photographic footage taken during games, training sessions, voice, opinions or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

11. General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or reschedule the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the prize and award a prize of equal or greater value in the event the game, the scrimmage or the training sessions cannot take place as scheduled for reasons out of Sponsor's control.

12. Limitations of Liability:

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

13. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
